Tom got home at midnight last night and it took a little time to get Amelia in bed so we all slept in pretty late. We knew we wanted to go get pumpkins but we didn't actually start doing anything about this until mid afternoon. I couldn't find any places where we could go cut our own, but a friend of ours told us about the pumpkin patch at her church and we figured we could check it out.
We got there so late, probably a little after six. Fortunately the lady who was running it was still there and let us walk around a bit. It was a beautiful day but kind of chilly by that time. It was a really cute little set up and we walked Amelia around and picked out a couple pumpkins for her!
First attempt at a picture of her on a pumpkin was a bit of a fail. I didn't even realize how high her shirt was.
The second attempt was much better :)
We got her that tiny little pumpkin, it's the perfect size for her. Later, we'll decorate it.
After getting pumpkins we tried to get her picture with them. What followed was a photo taking session that resulted in an embarrassing number of pictures. Here's a bunch of them.
Loves to wiggle.
Pumpkin dance.
Getting tired of pictures.
Yep, definitely over it.
